DEPOSITS + PAYMENTS
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. Once the deposit is paid, your items are reserved for your event date.
Is the deposit refundable if I cancel?
No. Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your booking to a new available date.
When is my remaining balance due?
The final balance is due upon delivery before set up.
BOOKING WINDOWS + LAST MINUTE ORDERS
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability.
What if I need to book within the next 14 days?
If your event is within 2 weeks, please contact us directly before booking online. We do not allow last-minute bookings inside the 14-day window without speaking to us first.
DELIVERY + PICKUP
When do you deliver?
We typically contact you the Monday or Tuesday before your event to coordinate delivery. Delivery usually occurs 1-3 days prior depending on schedule, truck routes, and event size.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Special delivery time requests may require an additional fee.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. Delivery and pickup fees vary based on distance and conditions. Please refer to our Delivery Pricing page for full details.
Do you offer late night pickup or same night pickup?
Yes, but additional charges apply. Please request this in advance.
SETUP, BREAKDOWN + EQUIPMENT USE
Do you set up tables and chairs?
Setup/breakdown for tables and chairs is not included by default. You may add this service for an additional fee. If chairs are not stacked on dollies upon pickup, a fee may apply.
Can I attach decorations to the equipment?
Do not use staples, tacks, or pins on any equipment. Tape is only allowed on the underside of tables (never on tent vinyl).
What if the setup location is far from where the truck can park?
Additional distance fees may apply if equipment must be transported more than 200 feet.
TENTS + WEATHER
Do I need to mark where the tent goes?
Yes. Please mark your tent location before delivery to help installation go smoothly.
Can I cook or use patio heaters inside the tent?
No. Open flames, cooking equipment, and patio heaters are not allowed under temporary structures due to safety and California regulations.
What if it rains or the weather becomes bad?
You assume all weather-related risks with outdoor tents. If a tent cannot be used due to weather, the rental is still fully billable.
CANCELLATIONS + CHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
- The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
- If canceled within 20 days of the event → 50% of items will be charged.
- If canceled within 10 days → 75% will be charged.
- If the truck is already loaded → 100% charge applies.
LOSS + DAMAGE
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Lost or missing items are billed at replacement cost.
What is the damage waiver for?
The optional damage waiver covers accidental damage and natural events not negligence or lost items.
